Responsibilities
•Define the strategy and roadmap for orchestration, triggers, authoring, and observability
•Translate customer needs into features and integrations that accelerate Lakeflow Jobs adoption
•Define success metrics for adoption, engagement, and developer efficiency, and use data to guide roadmap decisions and refine the product experience
•Partner with global engineering, field engineering, solution architects, and external partners to deliver features and integrations
•Talk to customers, understand their journeys, and advocate for features that reduce friction in authoring, monitoring, and orchestrating workloads
•Own the product lifecycle by writing PRDs, release notes, and documentation, and driving launches that support customer and business success
Requirements
•5+ years of experience
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field
•Experience in Product Management, including inbound, outbound, and cross-functional processes
•Solid understanding of orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, and Prefect
•Technical understanding of data pipelines, including Spark, dbt, and Lakeflow Pipelines
•Strong data analysis and operationalization skills, including SQL, Python, and building operational dashboards
