Established on more than a decade of hands-on technical experience, the company develops, maintains, and scales high-performance casino and sportsbook platform solutions from scratch. Wayzen is looking for strong middle and senior Product Owner who can lead a product area independently, bring people together, and turn complex problems into measurable results.

•Turn business goals and user needs into a clear product goal, roadmap, and success measures.
•Explain why an initiative matters and how it supports the wider strategy.
•Frame problems, speak with users and stakeholders, examine data and alternatives, and test assumptions with design and engineering.
•Use research, prototypes, and experiments to reduce uncertainty before committing to a solution.
•Maintain an ordered backlog. Weigh user value, business impact, effort, dependencies, and risk.
•Define a useful first release and make tradeoffs without compromising essential quality.
•Translate decisions into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•Work with engineering, design, and QA to resolve open questions, manage dependencies, and support a successful launch.
•Define what to measure before release, review adoption and impact, and use the findings to improve, change direction, or stop work that is not delivering value.
•Build shared understanding across product, technology, commercial, operational, and other relevant teams.
•Make decisions, risks, and changes visible. Set realistic expectations and raise blockers early.
•Use concise documentation, user journeys, flow diagrams, prototypes, and dashboards to make complex work understandable. Keep the detail useful to the people making and delivering decisions.
Требования
•5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner / Senior Product Owner / Product Manager, with significant experience in the iGaming / online gambling industry.
•Strong hands-on experience with White Label iGaming products, multi-brand platforms, or similar B2B/B2C gaming environments.
•Deep understanding of Casino and Sportsbook products, including their core functionality, player journeys, bonus and promotional mechanics, payments, and key integrations.
•Proven experience owning complex products and managing the full product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through delivery and optimization.
•Strong experience working with international markets and multiple brands, ideally across different regulatory and business environments.
•Experience working with third-party providers, APIs, integrations, payment solutions, gaming platforms, and other iGaming ecosystem partners.
•Strong understanding of crypto and fiat gaming environments, including payments, wallets, transactions, and blockchain-based product features.
•Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using BI tools, product analytics, and KPIs to drive product decisions.
•Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working closely with engineering and development teams.
•Strong backlog management, prioritization, product discovery, and roadmap planning skills.
•Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
•Strong ownership mentality and the ability to make independent product decisions in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex dependencies while maintaining focus on business impact.
•Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
