About the Company
Libertex is an online broker offering tradable CFDs based on commodities, Forex, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and other assets. It also offers investments in real stocks. In Europe, the trading platform is operated by Indication Investments Ltd., a Cyprus Investment Firm regulated and supervised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).
Responsibilities
•Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements for software development projects
•Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable software requirements
•Align software development initiatives with business goals by working with business leaders
•Provide insights into how technology can support and enhance business processes
•Liaise between business stakeholders and software development teams, facilitating communication and ensuring technical solutions meet business requirements
•Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for software development projects
•Collaborate with development teams during sprint planning and execution
•Create and maintain documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and system workflows
•Ensure documentation is clear, accessible, and useful as a stakeholder reference
•Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate resolution of issues identified during testing
•Identify opportunities to improve processes within the software development lifecycle
•Recommend enhancements to existing systems based on business user feedback
•Identify risks and challenges related to business requirements and work with stakeholders to mitigate them
•Address issues that may affect project timelines or deliverables
•Communicate project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders clearly and promptly
•Foster collaboration and transparency between business and development teams
•Facilitate knowledge transfer between business and development teams
•Provide end-user training on new features and functionality
Requirements
•Degree in Computer Science or another relevant field
•At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the Forex/FinTech industry
•Excellent command of English
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into clear, actionable software requirements
•Experience working closely with business leaders to align software development initiatives with overall business goals and objectives
