Responsibilities
•Formulating and testing product hypotheses aimed at increasing product purchase conversion, including conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
•Analyzing and improving the customer journey from the first touchpoint to the beginning of product use.
•Setting and monitoring the quality and deadlines of tasks performed by adjacent teams.
•Prioritizing needs, backlog management, development planning.
•Defining and achieving key metrics.
Requirements
•Minimum 3 years of product management experience, understanding all stages of the product lifecycle, and deep knowledge of Agile methodologies.
•Ability to conduct market analysis, gather and interpret data, and make decisions based on facts.
•Experience in building Customer Journey Maps (CJM), defining Jobs to be Done (JTBD).
•Experience with analytical tools.
•Native Russian speaker (the team is Russian-speaking).
