About the role
Arrive for Business is the fleet mobility platform used by Arrive's enterprise customers to manage parking, expenses, and mobility spend at scale. Those customers don't just need a place to park — they need their financial workflows to work the way they expect: seamless invoicing, flexible payment methods, and integrations with the tools they already use for expense management. That's the job of the Fleet Billing team. As Product Manager for Fleet Billing, you'll own the payment and billing configuration layer that sits at the heart of Arrive for Business.
Responsibilities
•Own the full product lifecycle for payment method management, subscription billing, expense management integrations, and product package upgrade / downgrade / visibility from discovery through delivery and outcome tracking.
•Work with the Payments team to expand payment method coverage (cards, wallets, invoicing) and integrate with additional expense platforms beyond Concur.
•Shape the upgrade, downgrade, and package visibility experience as the company launches feature-differentiated tiers throughout Arrive for Business.
•Set and be accountable for the metrics that tell you whether the team's work is actually improving billing reliability, expense workflow adoption, and payment success.
•Work fluidly across engineering, design, finance, and commercial partners to ship well.
•Use AI tools to move faster and think smarter — everyone on the team is expected to actively experiment with what's out there.
Requirements
•3-5 years of product management experience, ideally on B2B SaaS or fintech products where the customer is an organization, not an individual.
•Comfort with complexity: enterprise billing systems have a lot of edge cases, and you bring structure to messy problems without needing a perfectly scoped brief to get started.
•Strong cross-functional instincts: you know how to align engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders and move them forward without formal authority.
•Data-informed judgment: you know what to measure, and you hold yourself accountable to the numbers.
•Exceptional communication: you write and speak clearly, and can articulate a nuanced product problem to any audience.
•Bias toward action: you make decisions, remove blockers, and stay focused on what matters.
Nice to have
•Experience building or owning payment, billing, or financial workflow products is a strong plus.
