Responsibilities
•Responsible for the product roadmap and manage its implementation with a clear focus on business success, measurable results, and excellent execution
•Define, monitor, and continuously optimize relevant product KPIs, ensure transparency about progress, and address performance deviations at an early stage
•Actively drive implementation forward, challenge assumptions, remove obstacles, and ensure that commitments are met on time
•Establish clear milestones and ensure that cross-functional teams achieve agreed goals and deadlines
•Consistently follow up on delays, analyze their causes, and take appropriate measures to keep projects on track
•Use data, customer feedback, and business metrics to set priorities and make informed product decisions
•Foster a performance-oriented culture in which decisions are made based on facts and success is measured by concrete business results
•Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Management to ensure alignment and the successful implementation of company goals
Requirements
•More than five years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS solutions, platform business models, or logistics technologies
•A strong KPI- and data-driven approach to work, and a proven ability to make decisions based on facts, metrics, and business impact
•A track record of successfully implementing products and initiatives from the concept phase through launch, with measurable results
•Strong execution skills and a pronounced sense of responsibility for results and project success
•Confidence in working with stakeholders and the ability to bring together different interests and ensure that commitments, milestones, and deadlines are met
•A persistent, proactive, and resilient personality with a high level of initiative
•Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly identify the causes of challenges and implement pragmatic solutions
•Fluent English, spoken and written. German language skills are desirable
