•Translate product direction into well-scoped initiatives with clear success metrics.
•Write high-quality product requirements and user stories that balance user value, technical feasibility and commercial impact.
•Feed customer, market and delivery insights into roadmap discussions with the Product Director.
•Lead features and initiatives from discovery through to launch, keeping delivery on track while maintaining a high bar for UX and quality.
•Work hand in hand with engineering and design throughout build and testing, making day-to-day trade-off decisions and resolving blockers quickly.
•Coordinate delivery across teams on larger or more complex initiatives, anticipating dependencies and risks early.
•Own UAT and release readiness for your areas, ensuring every launch is well tested and well prepared.
•Continuously improve how the team plans, builds and ships.
•Partner with sales, marketing and customer success to plan launches, support enablement and drive customer adoption.
•Create and review clear product communications for internal and external audiences.
•Gather and act on post-launch feedback from customers and internal teams.
•Define and track success metrics for your features, using data to evaluate impact and inform iteration.
•Use experimentation, analysis and feedback loops to improve product performance over time.
•Help embed best-practice product management processes as we scale.
•Line manage, coach and develop product managers, setting clear goals and supporting their growth and career progression.
•Run regular one-to-ones, give constructive feedback and run performance reviews.
•Help shape the team's ways of working, sharing delivery expertise and raising the standard of product practice.
•Contribute to hiring and onboarding as the product team grows.
•Act as a go-to point of contact for your product areas across the business.
