Responsibilities
•Directly impact key metrics, including CR to FTD, LTV, retention, and revenue
•Run experiments with hypotheses, mechanics, and interfaces
•Measure results in financial terms
•Influence the user experience of thousands of customers through visible bonuses
•Collaborate closely with analysts, designers, and engineers
•Realize a vision for an ideal bonus system
Requirements
•Take a data-driven approach to metrics and feature success
•Have proven experience in iGaming or trading and a deep understanding of unit economics
•Set tasks for development and design, prioritize the backlog, and prepare A/B tests
•Analyze user experience and interfaces
•Understand business hypotheses and validate and support them with data
•Balance user value with product economics
•Have native or bilingual proficiency in Russian
