Responsibilities
•Define the product vision and roadmap for adapting Noa's LLM-powered capabilities to French staffing workflows
•Lead product discovery and delivery for the French market
•Conduct user research with French stakeholders and end users
•Collaborate with Engineering and Design to prototype and validate new ideas
•Own cross-system solutions and coordinate releases with partner teams
•Define requirements, options, constraints, and product tradeoffs
•Establish and monitor key success metrics for the French market
•Help scale and continuously improve AI-powered production features
•Contribute to broader European product expansion
Requirements
•5+ Years of Product Management experience, leading discovery, design, and delivery
•Fluent French and English
•Hands-on experience managing or launching production AI/LLM applications
•Strong understanding of AI feature evaluation, iteration, and guardrails
•Strong technical literacy across backend services, APIs, and frontend applications
•Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders
•Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
•Curious about emerging AI technologies and responsible B2B AI adoption
•Regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
•High degree of autonomy and ownership

•Experience in HR Tech, Recruiting, or Staffing Platforms
