Responsibilities
•Lead high-impact initiatives across document creation, authoring, and collaboration experiences
•Shape end-to-end document workflows from drafting to completion
•Integrate AI capabilities into document authoring, refinement, structure, and automation, focusing on user outcomes
•Define product direction for modern document systems combining structured content, intelligent assistance, and collaborative workflows
•Partner with design, engineering, AI platform, and core platform teams on APIs, integrations, and data models
•Collaborate with senior product managers to ensure consistent, connected customer journeys
•Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, customer feedback, and product telemetry
•Shape the long-term direction of the Document Domain to ensure flexibility, coherence, and readiness for evolving AI-powered capabilities
Requirements
•7+ years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS
•Experience owning complex user-facing domains end-to-end, from strategy through delivery and iteration
•Familiarity with document systems, structured content, and cross-format editing models such as PDF, DOCX, Markdown, or AI-generated content
•Direct experience shipping AI-powered product features, including UX behavior, rollout strategies, and iteration based on real-world usage
•Ability to integrate AI into workflows with a focus on measurable user outcomes
•Experience with rapid discovery and iteration using prototypes, experiments, and AI-assisted tools
•AI fluency, including using AI for analysis, prototyping, and workflow automation, and translating ambiguous AI capabilities into dependable product experiences
•Strong communication skills, ability to simplify complexity, frame trade-offs, and align cross-functional teams
•Pragmatic, execution-oriented approach, balancing experimentation with prioritization and delivery discipline
•Ability to partner with technical teams on system design, APIs, and platform constraints

•Salary range in Poland: 31,000-40,000 PLN per month
