Responsibilities
•Shape product direction by contributing a design perspective to early product thinking, roadmap discussions, and strategy
•Work with teams across the user base to understand customer needs and turn them into clear, usable designs
•Deliver high-quality designs across user flows and polished interfaces, balancing clarity, usability, and craft
•Experiment and iterate quickly
•Work closely with product managers and engineers to test, learn, and refine ideas, using AI tools to prototype and validate them
•Evolve design patterns and components as the design system scales to support more teams and use cases
Requirements
•3+ years of experience turning ideas into shipped products
•A portfolio showing how you have turned difficult product problems into simple, elegant solutions
•Comfortable working end-to-end, from early discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and AI-assisted prototypes
•Self-starter who enjoys fast-moving environments, collaboration, and iteration
•Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working across time zones with a distributed team
•Based in Porto and willing to travel occasionally to hubs in New York and San Francisco for events and get-togethers
