About the role
Product design is changing. We're looking for someone who wants to help shape what comes next. We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Product Experience team and help shape some of the biggest changes happening across our product. This isn't a role where you'll just be handed features to design. We're exploring how Zensai evolves from a traditional SaaS product into a more intelligent, agentic platform, while also rethinking how our design team works as the distance between design, prototyping and code gets smaller.
Responsibilities
•Drive the design and experience of our AI-powered product, from early research and strategic direction through to detailed design and delivery.
•Work on bringing our products together into a more coherent experience for both employees and admins.
•Explore how AI can improve the way we research, design, prototype and build.
•Own design work end-to-end, from messy problems to shipped solutions.
•Work closely with Product and Engineering, bringing a strong design perspective when there are several opinions around the table.
•Partner with other designers to bring our products together, share knowledge, and establish the presence and voice of design throughout the broader organization.
•Help the design team learn and evolve how we work with AI.
Requirements
•You've led design work, defined strategy, and worked with senior stakeholders. We're interested in that experience, and so we're deliberately not requiring a minimum of years. What matters more is what you can do.
•You can zoom out and think about the bigger product and business picture, then zoom back in and make thoughtful UI or broader experience decisions.
•You're comfortable moving between research, UX, UI, systems, and delivery.
•Have a portfolio showing shipped product design work, not primarily marketing websites, with clear evidence of your decisions, trade-offs and impact.
•Combine strong UI and UX fundamentals with product judgement, and understand the business context behind the problems you're solving.
•Turn ambiguity into direction using evidence, make strategic design decisions, and know what to prioritise and what to leave out.
•Challenge assumptions and advocate for design that is effective, usable and genuinely valuable to customers.
•Work directly with customers and customer-facing teams to uncover friction and needs, then use those insights to guide design decisions.
•Use Figma confidently and are happy getting into components and design systems.
•Are genuinely interested in AI and already experimenting with how it can change your work.
•Are confident communicating in English in a professional setting.
•Want to stay hands-on. If your ideal senior role mainly involves reviewing other people's work, this probably isn't it.
•We're not looking for someone whose design career started with AI. We want someone who understands the fundamentals without it, but is curious enough to question how much better, faster or differently we could work with it.
•You'll need enough conviction to push for something better while still understanding the technical reality.
•The ideal new team member would be flexible, curious, open-minded, and excited about the future of our industry.
Conditions & benefits
•This is a full-time, permanent employment role (not contractor).
•Work where and when you do your best (from within Poland 🇵🇱). Your schedule, your setup.
•6 months maternity, 4 months co-parent leave + 1 paid child sick day. Designed to support real life.
•10% of your working time dedicated to development. Built in, not squeezed in.
•Private medical care with LuxMed (standard package, upgrade if you'd like).
•Multisport card (standard) to keep you moving, whether it's yoga, weights, or five-a-side football.
•Glasses contribution so you can see your work (and the world) clearly.
•Mindfulness and sleep tools for you and your household, free with Headspace.
