About RELEX Solutions
RELEX runs the planning decisions behind 700+ retailers and manufacturers worldwide, deciding, at real scale, what gets forecast, stocked, priced, promoted, and produced across the entire value chain. We've grown for 76 consecutive quarters straight, and it's accelerating: the first half of 2026 was the strongest in the company's history, with new contract value up 83% year over year. We're a team of 2,000+ people, headquartered in Helsinki, with offices across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
At RELEX, Product Designers own the user experience of their product or domain – from problem definition to shipped quality by utilizing AI-assisted workflows. You will be working as part of the R&D organization in the RELEX Production team, which owns their outcomes and ways of working end-to-end. You will also have the support of a Design Excellence community of 15+ designers across RELEX to share your craft and learn from your peers.
As a Product Designer, you will own the user experience across our Production planning and Scheduling solutions – setting the bar for quality, influencing what gets built, and driving design coherence. You'll work closely with engineering and industry experts who configure and deliver these solutions to customers, and with other Product Designers to turn complex planning logic into experiences that help planners understand, trust and act on their decisions.
What we need you to do and be
•Own the UX vision and quality for RELEX Production: act as the end-to-end owner and expert of user experience. Maintain quality through craft and taste, grounded in the real work of planners and production sites of our manufacturing customers
•Think in systems: be curious to understand complex information architecture and planning domain to keep innovating on our platform tools. Shape the product structure so that new solutions ship fast while leaving room for growth
•Stay close to users: lead research and discovery (customer visits, observation, interviews, user testing) with planners and schedulers to keep solutions connected to the realities of production planning. Actively engage with internal experts to formulate and challenge product assumptions which you translate into design requirements
•Own the value end to end: follow and validate your work from design to implementation and customer delivery – working with customers and internal consultants to see how new features are received, adopted, and iterated
•Drive your own agenda: set your priorities, communicate clearly across teams, and push back when evidence supports it
•Prototype and ship both with and for AI: build real, working solutions and workflows with AI-assisted tools, taking them close to production ready. Consider agentic AI as another consumer of the product while designing processes and features
