It designs, implements, and scales payment systems that connect digital assets with real-world financial operations, helping businesses and financial institutions operate in the evolving digital asset landscape.
Responsibilities
•Design intuitive and efficient user experiences for back-office products and internal tools
•Translate business and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
•Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and other designers
•Conduct user research and usability testing with internal users
•Identify opportunities to simplify complex workflows and improve operational efficiency
•Maintain consistency across products by contributing to and following the design system
•Support the product development lifecycle from discovery and concept development to implementation and post-launch improvements
•Review implemented solutions to ensure design quality and consistency
•Manage multiple design initiatives and priorities in a growing product environment
Requirements
•5+ years in product design, including at least two years in fintech, payments, banking, or complex B2B SaaS
•A portfolio with real case studies covering the problem, constraints, decisions, and changes after release
•Confidence designing dense interfaces, including tables, filters, loading and error states, empty screens, and permissions
•Figma skills at system-author level, including variables, components, auto layout, and clean handoff
•Fintech literacy, including KYC/AML, compliance, security, and reporting, and the ability to design within those constraints
•Autonomy in a distributed team
•English at B2 or above
Nice to have
•Experience designing back-office systems, internal tools, or complex B2B products
•Experience with cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech products
•Understanding of crypto-related workflows, terminology, and user needs
•Experience with data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, tables, and complex workflows
•Experience contributing to design systems
•Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
