Air Apps is a self-funded company developing an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP). Founded in Lisbon in 2018, it has reached over 100 million downloads worldwide.
Задачи
•Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors; translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
•Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries across iOS, Android, and web interfaces, respecting platform-specific patterns and guidelines
•Own the design process from concept ideation and user flows to final visual design, delivering pixel-perfect, responsive experiences across devices and screen sizes
•Work with Product Managers to shape product strategy and define requirements, and partner with Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth handoffs
•Refine designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics to improve user satisfaction, engagement, and retention
•Advocate for user experience best practices and improve design processes, tooling, and team culture
•Mentor and guide less experienced designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive design environment
Требования
•Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
•Approximately 3+ years of experience with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
•Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory, with attention to detail and usability
•Familiarity with native mobile design patterns, including iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design, and responsive web design principles
•Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and applying qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve designs
