About Frontify
Frontify is the brand platform behind some of the world's leading organizations, including Microsoft, Telefónica, Bosch, Mercedes-Benz, and Kia. We help every team bring brands to life — with governance in one place, seamless workflows across the tools people already use, and a foundation that's ready for AI. We're driven by collaboration, curiosity, and the belief that great work can happen anywhere. What began in St. Gallen has grown to London, New York, and beyond. Wherever you join us, you'll take ownership from day one, shape work that reaches global brands, and help redefine how brands work in the age of AI.
Responsibilities
You'll shape the future of Digital Asset Management at Frontify, helping people store, organize, find, manage, and work with brand assets effortlessly. As part of the DAM team, you'll work at the core of the Frontify platform. You'll translate sophisticated capabilities—such as metadata, search, permissions, versioning, and asset workflows—into experiences that feel simple, fast, and beautifully crafted. From discovery through delivery, you'll drive the end-to-end design process: framing problems, exploring ideas, creating prototypes, validating solutions with users, and delivering polished, high-quality experiences. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to build products that balance the needs of complex organizations with exceptional usability and visual craft. At Frontify, we believe the quality of our product should reflect the quality of the brands our customers build. You'll help raise the bar for design by combining systems thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for creating experiences that are both functional and delightful.
