Описание: You'll join the team building Bain's Growth AI Performance System, an integrated suite of AI-powered decision-making tools that helps leading global organizations make smarter commercial decisions. Working within a dedicated product team, you'll collaborate with designers, AI engineers, full-stack engineers, and consulting teams to develop technology that helps businesses determine where to invest, where to focus, and how to grow.
Задачи:
•Own the end-to-end design of assigned features, from initial concepts and wireframes through interactive prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and implementation reviews.
•Create intuitive, data-rich interfaces, including dashboards, scenario-planning tools, analytical views, and complex workflows.
•Design interactions that help users understand and confidently interpret AI-generated recommendations, confidence indicators, and uncertainty.
•Contribute to our design system by developing reusable components, maintaining consistency, and improving design patterns as the platform evolves.
•Conduct usability research and prototype testing with consulting teams and subject-matter experts, translating feedback into practical design improvements.
•Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible, clearly documented, and implemented to a high standard.
•Present design concepts and decisions to colleagues and stakeholders, connecting design choices to user needs and business objectives.
•Maintain organized design files, specifications, and documentation that support effective collaboration across teams.
•Stay current with emerging design tools, AI-powered product experiences, and data visualization practices, applying relevant innovations to your work.
Требования:
•4 or more years of product design experience, supported by a portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex or data-rich digital interfaces.
•Skilled in both user experience and visual design, with strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, component development, and engineering handoff.
•Experience working with design systems and component libraries, creating consistent and scalable product experiences.
•Able to turn complex information into clear, intuitive interfaces, including dashboards, data tables, visualizations, and multi-step workflows.
•Experience conducting usability research and translating findings into meaningful design improvements.
•Familiar with front-end development principles, including responsive layouts, component behavior, and interaction states.
•Strong eye for visual detail, including typography, spacing, color, and interaction design.
•Actively use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to explore ideas and accelerate iteration.
•Thrive in agile, cross-functional teams and bring an iterative, feedback-driven approach to your work.
•Hold an associate's or bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field, or have an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
