Description
We are looking for experienced Product Analysts to join our Data & Risk team in Warsaw. The role involves product analysis, data quality validation, transaction and merchant data classification, and AI/ML model quality assessment.
Responsibilities
•Analyse product performance, data quality and customer feedback
•Work with SQL, spreadsheets and dashboards to identify data issues and trends
•Perform data labelling, classification and validation for AI/ML models
•Validate model outputs using accuracy, precision, recall and F1 score
•Support testing, regression testing and product releases
•Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists and Engineering teams
•Prepare reports, documentation and actionable insights
Requirements
•3+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Quality or QA
•Strong SQL and data analysis skills
•Experience with large datasets, data validation and quality assurance
•Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data labelling and classification
•Knowledge of model evaluation metrics such as precision, recall and F1 score
•Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
•Good English communication skills
Nice to have
•Google Vertex AI or similar ML platforms
•Experience with financial, merchant or transaction data
•AI/ML model validation and data annotation experience
