About the Role
You will own end-to-end searches for Director-level and above roles. You will design executive interview processes, advise leaders using talent intelligence and market insights, negotiate executive offers, support succession planning, and mentor recruiters and sourcers.
Requirements
•10+ years of recruiting experience with significant executive search experience
•Experience owning Director- to C-level searches
•Experience advising C-suite and VP-level leaders on role scope and hiring decisions
•Experience structuring and closing executive compensation packages
•Sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence expertise
•Ability to run confidential executive searches
•Experience using AI for research and sourcing
•Experience coaching Talent Acquisition team members or creating recruiting training
•Experience partnering with founders or board members on C-level hires
•Experience hiring leaders in autonomy, AI/ML, robotics, or deep tech
•Experience with succession planning or leadership pipeline programs
