Responsibilities
•Participation in the design of manufacturing processes for turbine blades and components
•Development of time standards for technological operations
•Preparation of work instructions for manufacturing processes
•Participation in preparing bids and planning project budgets
•Conducting technical consultations and collaborating with other departments within the Turbine Manufacturing Facility
•Collaboration with the machine shop/production floor
•Participation in programs focused on stabilizing and improving production processes, quality enhancement, and cost reduction
Professional Requirements
•Minimum secondary education, higher technical education preferred
•Knowledge of manufacturing methods for turbine components
•Ability to estimate labor consumption (man-hours) for production stages
•Ability to interpret engineering documentation, including proficiency in technical drawing
•Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
•Teamwork skills
•Analytical thinking skills
•Good command of English, including technical terminology
