About the role
Behind every light that turns on, every factory that produces and every charging station that is used, there is critical infrastructure that must function. Now you have the opportunity to become part of the team that ensures exactly this.
With us you will work with some of the country's most advanced electrical installations at the highest voltage levels. If you are motivated by solving complex challenges, finding faults others don't see, and continuously developing your competence, you will thrive here. No two days are alike, and you will face new challenges that push and develop you professionally.
Norway is facing extensive electrification, and the need to strengthen and expand the power grid has never been greater. At the same time, the infrastructure is becoming increasingly complex. That is why we need skilled and curious people who want to help shape the energy system of the future.
With us you become part of a learning organization where knowledge is shared, collaboration is valued, and where you are seen, heard and respected. Together we ensure that society-critical infrastructure functions today, while we build the foundation for tomorrow.
The usual work week consists of traveling to sites from Monday to Thursday, and for long-term projects a rotation scheme of four days on duty and three days off is followed.
