States of Mind is our video-first media about mental health and psychedelics. We're looking for a showrunner to take over Process in Progress, our show about the clinicians, researchers, facilitators and regulators who are building this industry right now.
What you'll own:
•audience growth for the show, measured in real platform numbers
•guests, scripts and every recording
•packaging, clips and the retention loop
•briefs for our external editing team
Who we're looking for:
•you've grown a show and can name the numbers before and after
•3+ years producing recurring interview or documentary formats, including social video
•you use AI every day in production
•you care about this field and want an honest picture of it, failures included
You don't need a psychedelics background or direct video editing skills.
Remote, European time zones. Long-term team role, with a paid test assignment for finalists.
