For which tasks (responsibilities)?
•Supporting players via email, chat, and other communication channels
•Handling account, payment, technical, and gameplay-related questions
•Investigating issues and providing accurate, timely solutions
•Escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams
•Keeping clear and accurate records of player interactions
•Maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
•Following support procedures, policies, and game updates
What kind of professional are we looking for?
•Arabic at C1 level or higher
•English at B2 level or higher
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Customer-focused and empathetic approach
•Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
•Ability to multitask and manage several cases efficiently
•Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems
•Ability to adapt to a fast-paced international environment
