We are currently recruiting a Platform Engineer (m/f/d) to join an international technology team responsible for the operation, evolution and reliability of a modern cloud platform.
Responsibilities
•Ensure the operation and maintenance of the platform
•Monitor the infrastructure, respond to alerts and support incident resolution
•Collaborate on implementing improvements and optimizing processes
•Support deployment activities and platform administration
•Manage support requests and provide assistance to users
•Work with technical teams to resolve problems and implement solutions
•Contribute to the adoption of security, automation and reliability best practices
Requirements
•Good knowledge of DevOps and Platform Engineering
•Experience in Cloud environments (AWS preferred)
•Knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure automation and operational best practices
•Experience with monitoring, support or ticketing tools
•Knowledge of SQL, Python or scripting (valued)
•Good communication skills in English
•Strong desire to learn and grow
•Problem-solving skills
•Team spirit and customer orientation
•Proactivity and a focus on continuous improvement
•Ability to communicate easily with technical and business teams
•Availability for occasional trips to Geneva and Luxembourg may be required
•Valid authorization to work in Portugal is mandatory

•Experience with Kubernetes
•Knowledge of Snowflake
•Experience with Citizen Development platforms (e.g., Coder)
•Interest in Artificial Intelligence tools applied to the technology context
