Задачи
•Collaborate with peers through code reviews, provide support and mentorship, contribute to the platform's technical direction, and help feature teams adopt platform capabilities
•Architect, design, implement, and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, including reusable modules, testing, and consistent provisioning
•Deploy, configure, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters on GCP GKE and AWS EKS, including node groups, network policies, service meshes, upgrades, availability, fault tolerance, health, performance, and resource utilization
•Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD systems for platform components using tools such as Argo CD or Atlantis; automate build and release processes and optimize pipeline performance
•Diagnose and resolve platform issues, performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and security vulnerabilities; analyze logs and metrics, identify root causes, and contribute to incident response plans and post-mortem analyses
•Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and other operational tasks to reduce errors and improve reliability
•Partner with feature teams to understand infrastructure and developer experience needs, advise on platform capabilities, and translate developer needs into platform features and roadmaps
•Participate in the full software development lifecycle of internal tools and APIs that improve platform functionality, self-service, usability, and developer productivity
•Implement and enforce platform security practices, including access control, vulnerability management, and data encryption; ensure compliance with SOC 2, GDPR, and other relevant standards; conduct security audits and penetration testing
Требования
•6+ Years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps engineering, or related roles, building and maintaining complex cloud infrastructure
•Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on coding experience
•Hands-on experience with GCP or AWS, Kubernetes (GKE/EKS), and Terraform
•Experience building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure, with a focus on automation and efficiency
•Coding proficiency in Go, TypeScript, or another relevant language, including data structures, algorithms, and defensive programming
•Experience with CI/CD tools such as Argo CD or Atlantis, and strong understanding of CI/CD principles and practices
•Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
•Extensive experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack, and using them to diagnose and resolve performance issues
•Knowledge of cloud security best practices
•Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
•Self-organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
•Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team
•Prior experience working specifically on platform engineering projects
