Requirements
•Deep Kubernetes knowledge, including the API, controllers, scheduling, and networking
•Solid experience with Golang, including writing, testing, and maintaining a Kubernetes operator
•Experience owning and reviewing Terraform modules that provision clusters
•Hands-on AWS experience
•A working grasp of distributed systems, including consistency models, replication, consensus, and network partitions
•Ability to reason about system behavior when components disagree or cannot communicate
•Comfortable working with AI tools for most of the day, reviewing their output, and adopting new technologies where they add value
•Strong problem-solving skills
•Experience designing scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant architectures
•Effective communication and strong teamwork skills

•Experience in regulated or financial systems
