Coinspaid Dev is an engineering brand bringing together software engineering, infrastructure, security, and R&D teams. It develops blockchain infrastructure and distributed systems operating across more than 20 blockchain networks.
Responsibilities
•Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-domain teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver features
•Design, develop, and maintain scalable, maintainable backend systems using PHP and MySQL or similar technologies
•Implement and optimize complex features using clean, reusable, and efficient code
•Write unit tests to ensure code reliability and scalability
•Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, and ensure adherence to software development best practices
•Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to maintain availability, performance, and security
•Share on-call duties to support smooth production operations
•Stay up to date with technologies and trends, and introduce them where appropriate to improve system performance and maintainability
Requirements
•5+ years of experience in object-oriented PHP and modern PHP tools
•Knowledge of software design principles (SOLID, KISS, DRY) and layered architecture
•Applied DDD practices, including bounded contexts, aggregates, and domain events
•Good knowledge of the latest Laravel versions
•Strong understanding of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, including transaction management
•Experience optimizing database queries and analyzing deadlocks and database performance
•Production experience with message-driven services using Apache Kafka or a comparable broker
•Experience handling money in application code, including exact arithmetic, explicit rounding rules, multi-currency precision, and idempotent money-moving operations
•Knowledge of security best practices
•Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana, or similar
•Daily experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes
•Good spoken and written English (B1+) and Russian
Will be a plus: Go experience, fintech, payments, or crypto domain experience, high-load experience
