Responsibilities
•Develop and implement the SEA strategy across Google Ads and relevant paid search platforms, continuously improving campaigns
•Manage budget planning, campaign execution, and the achievement of defined performance targets
•Analyze campaigns and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, conversion, and growth
•Continuously optimize keywords, ads, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages, and derive concrete actions
•Work closely with the management team and support a mentor with strategic paid search decisions
•Independently develop SEA projects from concept through implementation, scaling, and performance measurement
•Identify new growth and optimization opportunities in paid marketing and implement them with a customer-oriented, entrepreneurial approach
•Handle ad hoc projects and support the marketing team with cross-functional tasks and strategic questions
Requirements
•Bachelor's or master's degree from a top-tier business school, completed with excellent results
•Initial work experience or internships at a fast-growing company, such as a startup, or in consulting
•Creative, persuasive, analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented
•Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
•Strong interest in building companies and willingness to learn
•Goal-oriented, proactive, and responsible approach to work
•Experience prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment and applying a 100% approach to important tasks
•High standards for quality and a can-do attitude that motivates others
•Fluent spoken and written German and English
