Задачи:
•Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns to maximize profitability
•Conduct keyword research, run ad copy tests, and analyze performance to improve profitability and ROAS
•Partner with Product and Analytics teams to implement advanced reporting and actionable insights
•Monitor industry trends, test new strategies, and explore opportunities for paid search growth
•Leverage AI tools and agents, including Claude-based workflows and Google Ads Scripts automation, for campaign monitoring, reporting, and anomaly detection
Требования:
•2-4 Years of experience in Paid Search Marketing with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
•Experience with budget management, bid optimization, and performance tracking
•Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
•Nice to have: experience with display or video advertising, marketplace management, conversion rate optimization techniques, AI tools and agents such as Claude and automation scripts
