Paid Social Specialist
Warsaw
Scope of responsibilities:
•Leading selected key clients in the paid social ecosystem
•Preparing recommendations in new business processes and for the Agency's existing clients
•Optimization and reporting of managed advertising campaigns
•Identifying directions for client development
•Participating in brainstorms and meetings with clients
•Collaborating with the creative team within the Agency
•Training and developing employees within the team
•Monitoring trends in social media (ad formats, channels and technologies)
•Collaborating with technology and media providers in the paid social area
Skills worth having:
•Minimum 2 years of experience running paid social campaigns, including performance campaigns
•Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel)
•Analytical thinking skills and proficiency in working with numbers
•Networking skills and ability to build long-term relationships
•High level of independence and time management skills
•Broad knowledge of social and e-commerce
•Knowledge of English at least at B1 level
