About the role:
InPost is a leader in logistics solutions for the e-commerce industry in Europe. In AI Commerce, we develop new products and services supporting the growth of the InPost Group's business. We are looking for someone to support management in financial performance, budgeting, and financial modeling. This role is for someone who likes numbers, but likes turning them into business decisions even more.
Responsibilities:
•Developing and maintaining the financial model and business P&L
•Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
•Monitoring budget execution and analyzing variances
•Preparing business cases for new projects and initiatives
•Modeling business and financial scenarios
•Preparing reports and materials for management
•Recommending actions to improve business performance
•Collaborating with the Finance, Sales, Analytics, Product, and Technology teams
Requirements:
•At least 3 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or business analytics
•Practical experience working with a P&L
•Independently built business cases and financial models
•Very good knowledge of Excel
•Ability to analyze data and turn it into business recommendations
•Enjoy collaborating with the business and presenting the results of your analyses
Nice to have:
•Experience in Big4 or consulting
•ACCA, CIMA, or pursuing these development paths
•Knowledge of Power BI
•Experience in a technology, e-commerce, or marketplace environment
