About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / PMO to join the Supply Planning Implementation team within a major regional planning transformation programme at Mondelēz International. In this project role you will play a key role in driving successful implementation and adoption of the o9 planning solution and S4/Hana across Supply Planning in MEU. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a complex, multi-platform implementation - you will drive the successful design, implementation, and deployment of the o9 Supply Planning solution across MEU Supply Planning.
Responsibilities
•Own and maintain the integrated project plan across all Supply Planning streams (Plan Validation, Data & Integrations, TLB/STD, Build, Testing, Training, Change Management, Analytics & Reporting) for both the o9 and S4 tracks
•Track milestones, dependencies, and critical path; proactively flag risks and slippage
•Maintain the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions) and ensure timely resolution or escalation
•Manage resource allocation and capacity planning, including ramp-up of Key Users, external partners, and business resources for all project phases
•Coordinate with the broader regional implementation programme team, global and external delivery partners
•Facilitate weekly stream-lead syncs, cross-stream dependency reviews, and ad-hoc working sessions
•Drive action tracking, blocker removal, and escalation across all streams
•Support onboarding and integration of new team members (external contractors, transformation team, Key Users)
•Coordinate end-to-end testing logistics (ITEST, UAT) and training scheduling across two locations
•Ensure task management hygiene in project management tools and frameworks and alignment with programme-level reporting
•Prepare clear, concise status reports and steering committee materials — translating technical progress into plain language
•Support upward communication to programme sponsors and regional leadership
•Partner with the Change Management stream to ensure alignment between project delivery and organisational readiness activities
•Business Partner with Supply Planning leads to ensure effective tools and process adoption
Requirements
•5+ years of project management or PMO experience, ideally within technology or transformation projects
•Hands-on experience with planning systems: SAP APO, SAP ECC, and/or o9 Solutions
•Experience in system/platform implementation projects (design, testing, deployment), preferably o9
•Experience coordinating cross-functional teams of 20+ people across multiple workstreams
•Strong planning and scheduling skills (MS Project, Asana, or equivalent)
•Clear, structured communicator — able to prepare status reports and steering committee materials that translate technical progress into plain language
•Strong interpersonal and influencing skills — able to influence across business functions, implementation partners, and leadership
•Experience working alongside external delivery partners (consulting firms, system integrators)
•Proactive approach to risk and issue tracking; comfortable chasing actions and escalating when needed
•High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and comfort with ambiguity
•Comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile transformation environments
Nice to Have
•Exposure to supply chain planning or ERP implementations (SAP S4, o9, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, or similar)
•Understanding of supply planning processes (MRP, production scheduling, demand-supply balancing)
•PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
•Experience in FMCG / CPG industry
Conditions
•This is a fixed-term / secondment opportunity until 30/11/2027
•Travel requirements: 20%
