In short

This lead-level role owns platform architecture for CoreStar's high-load in-house integration, real-time data processing, and reporting platform, plus an internal AI product. It requires deep production experience with Node.js/TypeScript, distributed systems under load, MySQL/MongoDB/Redis/Valkey and message brokers (NATS/Kafka), Docker/Kubernetes/CI/CD, and hands-on experience leading coding-agent adoption across teams.
