Responsibilities
•Design, develop, maintain, and support internally developed digital products
•Develop complete solutions from planning through production implementation
•Build web applications, RESTful APIs, and scalable backend services
•Develop user interfaces with Angular and integrate them with backend services
•Integrate systems
•Work with AI agents to support software development, debugging, documentation, and task automation
•Create, configure, test, and evolve AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
•Integrate AI agents with tools, APIs, and external systems through MCP servers
•Define, implement, and maintain tools made available to AI agents
•Maintain agent documentation, instructions, and configuration in versioned Markdown files
Requirements
•At least 5 years of .NET experience across projects of different sizes and complexity
•At least 3 years of experience working with multiple applications and Agile methodologies
•Higher education
•Work autonomously and take responsibility for solution development, implementation, and delivery
•Strong knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET 6+
•Experience developing web applications with ASP.NET MVC
•Angular development experience, including integration with backend services
•Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with Bootstrap or Material UI, DOM manipulation, and AJAX with jQuery
•Experience developing web applications, RESTful APIs, and scalable backend services
•Knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and relational database integration
•Experience with frontend frameworks or libraries alongside Angular
•Experience with system integration projects
•Good command of Portuguese and English
•Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; responsibility, flexibility, initiative, and team spirit
•Experience with Azure DevOps, MIRO, and Figma
•Knowledge of generative AI in the software development lifecycle, including its limitations, risks, and best practices
•Experience using AI agents and critically validating their outputs
•Advanced Visual Studio Code skills and experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools
•Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and agent instructions, knowledge, actions, and integrations
•Strong Git and GitHub experience, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, version management, and collaborative repository workflows
•Knowledge of MCP concepts, architecture, and integrations
•Comfortable working in an AI-assisted development model where AI agents participate in the SDLC and team productivity is enhanced through ongoing collaboration between people and AI agents
•Critical thinking to validate and improve AI-generated results
