Responsibilities
•Design and animate motion graphics ads and 3D sequences in After Effects and Cinema 4D
•Take briefs from growth and creative teams through Jira, ask relevant questions, and own the work through final delivery
•Share work in Frame.io and process feedback quickly and cleanly
•Deliver approved masters in the formats required by each channel: 1:1, 9:16, 16:9, and 4:5
•Build variants for testing hooks, messages, colours, and edits
•Keep project files and source assets organised so team members can use them
Requirements
•3+ Years as a motion designer at an agency, studio, or brand, or as an established freelancer
•Expert in After Effects and strong in Cinema 4D
•A showreel demonstrating After Effects and Cinema 4D skills
•Strong eye for typography, layout, colour, and timing in motion
•Knowledge of motion on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube, and what makes people stop scrolling
•Reliable and able to self-manage several briefs at once
•Extensive experience with AI creative models, including Seedance and ElevenLabs, and node-based AI workflow platforms such as Figma Weave, Flora, and ComfyUI
•Clear written English and comfortable working with a team in London
Nice to have
•Paid social or performance ad experience
•Houdini, Nuke, Redshift, Octane, or another render engine
