Responsibilities
•Run pre-training and post-training, and deploy state-of-the-art models on large clusters
•Generate and curate image-text and video-text datasets, and build evaluators and benchmarks for perception, navigation, and manipulation tasks
•Develop tools and frameworks for data generation, model training, evaluation, and deployment
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex use cases
•Manage research projects and communications with client research teams
Requirements
•Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
•Expert knowledge of PyTorch or JAX
•Experience with VLMs, VLA models, perception, navigation, manipulation, and simulation tools such as Isaac SIM
•Write clean, readable, high-performance Python code
•Ship work without needing roadmaps
•Be low-ego, collaborative, and eager to learn
•Demonstrated success through personal projects, professional projects, or academia
Nice to have
•A PhD or Master's in a relevant field such as Robotics or Machine Learning
•Research experience in robotics navigation, perception, or manipulation
•Contributions to a large open-source or industry codebase
•Publications in top academic journals or conferences
•An interest in improving existing code through typing, tests, and CI pipelines
