Responsibilities
•Take ownership of the design, training, evaluation, and deployment of deep learning models for speech recognition
•Improve speech models used across languages and products in real-world settings
•Engineer fast inference on mobile devices and hosted environments
Requirements
•Several years of hands-on deep learning experience in speech recognition, including developing and optimizing ASR systems beyond academic research
•Strong foundation in STT system development for real-world applications
•Experience owning the end-to-end ML process, from concept and exploration through productionization, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization
•Experience shipping ML models to production using Python and PyTorch
•Strong software engineering skills, including clean code, tests, and guardrails
