Задачи:
•Extract insights from fast-growing operational and flight data sources
•Build and productionize AI/ML models for predicting flight delays, optimizing maintenance planning, and supporting crew scheduling
•Contribute to large-scale optimization and simulation projects
•Develop tools that make complex operational processes more transparent for planners and crews
•Work with real-time data and smart calculations to improve the passenger and crew experience
•Move models from analysis and development through testing, monitoring, and maintenance in live environments
•Interact actively with stakeholders
Требования:
•Background in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Artificial intelligence
•4–6 Years of experience as a Data scientist or ML(OPS)
•Hands-on experience with Data Science, including modeling and analysis
•Hands-on Machine Learning experience, including deploying models to production
•Knowledge of open-source technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Airflow, or Kubernetes
•Demonstrated experience with production-grade GenAI implementations and modern GenAI/LLM frameworks such as RAG pipelines
•Customer-focused mindset and strong can-do mentality
•Results-oriented approach and willingness to complete challenging tasks and learn while doing
