Responsibilities:
•Conduct second interviews to assess candidates' technical depth and suitability for available positions
•Coordinate promptly with hiring managers to understand business needs
•Contribute to the recruitment team
•Participate in recruitment management and support hiring decisions
Requirements:
•Deep understanding of data architecture, AI/ML integration, and backend systems
•Strong experience designing and deploying scalable, data-driven applications
•At least 5 years of experience working as an Engineer on large-scale projects
•Previous experience hiring engineers to join a team
•Experience working in a high-growth, dynamic company
•Advanced English level
•Candidates must be based in regions aligned with Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones
