What you will do
•Develop and deploy ML models and LLM-based agents for banking business use cases.
•Own models end to end, including problem framing, training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
•Build and improve production solutions such as AI assistants, real-time product ranking, loan pricing, and AI-powered search.
•Contribute to the design and optional development of in-house ML and AI platforms for the data science team.
Requirements
•3+ years of hands-on machine-learning experience.
•Strong foundations in mathematics, statistics, ML algorithms, metrics, and loss functions.
•Advanced Python skills and experience with NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, CatBoost, and seaborn.
•Strong SQL and Spark skills, including complex joins, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions.
•Ability to write clean, efficient, scalable Python code.
•Upper-Intermediate English or above in verbal and written communication.
Nice to have
•Experience with Azure Databricks, MLflow, and Airflow.
•Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or other deep-learning frameworks.
•Experience with LLM fine-tuning or parameter-efficient tuning such as LoRA or PEFT.
•Interest in LLM agent frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
