The Social Hub

Marketing and Communications

In short

This is a Marketing & Communications internship with TSH Talent Foundation at The Social Hub's Amsterdam headquarters, lasting 5-6 months starting February 2027. The role involves creating LinkedIn content, supporting website updates, and assisting with PR and Public Affairs activities for a small, purpose-driven team. It's best suited for master's students in marketing, communication, media or design with a strong interest in writing, content creation, and social impact.

About the Role
As our MarCom Intern, you'll play a vital role in the TSH Talent Foundation team in Amsterdam, helping bring our mission to life through compelling content and clear communication. You'll support the creation and scheduling of LinkedIn content for the Foundation and leadership, contribute to website updates, and help with Public Relations and Public Affairs-related activities, with the possibility to get involved in Instagram content too.
You'll be part of a small, purpose-driven team, working closely with the Global Marketing & Communications Manager while also connecting with the wider The Social Hub office environment, giving you exposure to both small-team and large-team dynamics. This role offers a mix of independent ownership and guidance, so you'll have the space to learn, contribute ideas, and grow your skills along the way. We move quickly, collaborate closely, and value people who are organised, creative, curious, and open to feedback. You'll definitely make mistakes now and then — we all do — but we care about learning, improving, and doing better next time.
You will join the team at our headquarters in Amsterdam for a period of 5-6 months, starting February 2027.
About Us
Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
