Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and maintain AI features and ML models serving millions of end users
•Build and maintain scalable APIs that integrate models into products
•Ensure the reliability, scalability, and observability of AI systems
•Collaborate with product teams and PMs to scope and deliver complex projects
•Own initiatives end to end, from initial idea through execution
•Contribute to project planning and execution
•Drive end-to-end projects and contribute to architectural decisions
Requirements
•At least 3 years of software engineering experience in production environments
•Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals, including production-grade coding
•Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI systems, and production ML feature development
•Experience with at least one major cloud platform: GCP, AWS, or Azure
•A builder mindset, with the ability to ship quickly, iterate, and work with loosely defined problems
Nice to have
•Experience building and deploying ML models at scale or with agentic AI workflows
•A SaaS product company background
•Knowledge of GCP, API design, observability or scalability patterns
•TypeScript experience
Conditions
•Monthly salary of €5000 - €6500 depending on experience
•Weekly visits to the Helsinki office
