Responsibilities
•Lead automation initiatives by designing, building, and maintaining scalable solutions
•Architect integrations, design APIs and webhooks, and ensure automations are resilient, performant, and secure
•Establish guidelines for workflow design, documentation, testing, and monitoring
•Introduce quality and governance practices, including code reviews, automated testing, monitoring, and audits
•Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering to translate business requirements into technical automation solutions
•Mentor junior automation developers, conduct technical reviews, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions
Requirements
•At least 3 years of experience in software engineering or automation development
•Expertise in low-code/no-code platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or n8n
•Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations
•Experience with databases and SQL, including writing and optimizing queries
•Programming skills in Python or JavaScript for custom extensions and scripts
•Familiarity with AWS services and containerized deployments
•Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
•Experience with version control and issue tracking systems
•Experience with telephony and voice integrations, including cloud telephony platforms, voice AI agents, call routing, and CRM/Intercom integration
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design scalable, maintainable automation solutions
•Strong communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

•Experience integrating AI-powered bots into workflows
•Experience creating architecture diagrams and technical specifications for automation platforms
