Tasks
•Lead and develop the legal function across all business units of the holding
•Advise the CEO and shareholders on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
•Structure and negotiate key contracts, including international agreements with partners and suppliers
•Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulation and corporate governance standards
•Manage legal risks, disputes, and relations with external counsel
Requirements
•Law degree and 8+ years of legal practice, including 3+ years leading a legal team
•Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law of Uzbekistan
•Experience with international contracts and cross-border transactions
•Experience in pharma, healthcare, or another regulated industry is an advantage
