Job Description
•Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle databases
•Providing expertise in performance tuning, capacity planning, and database optimization
•Leading database upgrades, patches, and data migration projects
•Troubleshooting database issues and providing timely resolution
•Collaborating with stakeholders to understand database requirements and recommend solutions
•Developing and implementing database security policies and procedures
•Mentoring junior team members and conducting training sessions on Oracle database best practices
•Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards
•Keeping abreast of new Oracle technologies and recommending their integration into the existing infrastructure
