About the Role
Parimatch is looking for a Lawyer to join our fully remote legal team and support an international, fast-paced business operating across multiple markets.
In this role, you'll work on:
•Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements — SaaS, IT, services, licensing and other business contracts
•Supporting cross-border matters and international counterparties
•Advising on employment and immigration matters, including visas, work permits and relocations
•Working closely with HR, Finance, Compliance, Regulatory, Procurement and Business teams
•Contributing to legal tech, AI and process automation
•Maintaining legal templates and playbooks and monitoring legislative changes
What we're looking for:
•3–5 years of experience as a Contract Lawyer, Commercial Lawyer or Legal Counsel
•Strong commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation skills
•Understanding of commercial, employment and immigration law
•Experience with international/cross-border matters
•Fluent English
•Business-oriented, analytical and solution-focused approach
•Interest in AI, legal technology and automation
