About the Role
Partniori LLC, a subsidiary of Nikora Management Group (NMG), is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our Fish Category across key retail accounts. If you have strong experience working with organized retail chains, enjoy building long-term partnerships, and know how to turn market insights into sales growth — we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
•Manage and develop relationships with key retail accounts and ensure achievement of sales targets
•Manage the Fish Category assortment and coordinate new product listings across retail chains
•Plan promotional campaigns and special offers with key accounts and monitor their effectiveness
•Ensure merchandising standards, improve product visibility, and maximize shelf share
•Monitor stock levels across retail chains and help prevent out-of-stock situations
•Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends, and develop recommendations to improve sales performance
Requirements
•3+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager or Category Development Manager
•Solid understanding of organized retail chains and their business processes
•Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
•Advanced Excel skills
•Knowledge of English and Russian
Nice to Have
•Experience in FMCG / Food will be considered a strong advantage
