Задачи
•Co-create strategic business plans and sales strategy with GTM, Marketing, and Retail teams to achieve revenue, sell-out, and market share targets
•Build, nurture, and deepen commercial partnerships with Serbia's top Telecom Operators and Tier-1 Retail Key Accounts
•Lead the full sales lifecycle, from pre-sales presentations and product testing to contract negotiations, tenders, and closing
•Monitor market trends and local industry shifts, turning insights into actionable sales tactics
•Deliver sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and strategic performance reports
Требования
•University degree
•3+ Years of proven B2B/B2C sales experience in Consumer Electronics, Smart Tech, or Telecommunications
•In-depth understanding of the Serbian consumer tech market
•Direct experience managing top-tier retail chains or operator accounts
•Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals
•Strong data-driven problem-solving skills
•Ability to balance short-term quarterly targets with long-term brand strategy
•Results-oriented, adaptable under pressure, and committed to continuous learning
•Fluent English, written and spoken
•Serbian as a native language
