Job Description
We are looking for a Junior PR Executive for our Havas PR team who wants to break into the world of communication, media and brand building.
Do you enjoy following current events, writing, communicating with people and looking for interesting stories? Do you want to gain experience alongside experienced PR professionals and take part in communication for well-known local and international brands? Then we might be looking for you.
Most of the time you will work for clients in the retail and FMCG sector, but you will also get the opportunity to take part in campaigns from other fields. If you are drawn to variety, working with media and the chance to look into multiple industries, you will enjoy it here.
In this role you will support the PR team in executing communication campaigns, working with media and creating content for our clients.
What will you do?
•Take part in the preparation and execution of PR campaigns for clients across various sectors
•Collaborate on creating press releases, articles, media materials and other communication materials
•Monitor media coverage and prepare reports and analyses
•Help organize media events, press events and client activities
•Communicate with journalists, influencers and other external partners
•Support the account team in daily management of client projects
•Search for interesting topics, trends and media opportunities
•Collaborate with colleagues from the creative, digital and social media teams on integrated campaigns
•Prepare presentations, materials and reports for clients
Who are we looking for?
•Interest in PR, media, communication or marketing
•Graduate or have first experience from a PR agency, media, communication or marketing
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Enjoy writing and can formulate ideas clearly and attractively
•Attentive to detail and able to organize your work well
•Interested in current events, media and social trends
•Able to work independently while also being a team player
•Fluent in Czech and English
It will be an advantage
•Practice in PR, marketing, media or communication through internship or part-time work
•Experience preparing texts or content marketing
•Overview of the Czech media environment
•Interest in digital communication and social media
