The role of Agile Junior Business Consultant offers a wide variety of possible specializations in both agile and classic software development projects. Practices include business process and requirements analysis, functional solution design and test management. Stakeholder management, risk analysis and business case development are key aspects of our daily customer interaction.
As a Young Professional, you have the opportunity to gain experience in various facets of this multifaceted role. You have the opportunity to work on multiple projects for one or more customers / industries.
What to Expect
•Developing concrete solutions taking into account customers' topics and goals
•Functional and technical requirements analysis - specifying, modeling, prioritizing requirements and identifying risks
•Supporting customers in implementing complex solution approaches
•Building and maintaining customer relationships based on respect and trust
What You Bring
•A completed degree in business informatics, computer science or comparable education with a focus on computer science (max. 12 months of work experience after graduation)
•Knowledge of software development and/or requirements engineering is an advantage
•Curiosity about future technologies such as Generative AI, Machine Learning and intelligent automation and their use in customers' digital transformation
•Interest in the business models, processes and challenges of various industries and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new specialist domains
•Enthusiasm for IT topics and interest in continuous learning and taking on responsibility
•Communication and presentation skills
•Willingness to travel (approx. 25% domestically)
•Fluent German and English language skills
•Regular attendance (at least once a week) at our Erfurt location
